With easy in/out terms - minimum period only 3 months - and fully inclusive single calendar monthly fees.

   ANCHOR UNITS

The anchor units comprise of over 13,150 square feet available in 4 separate units situated at the north and south gables of the Business Centre.

Both first floor anchor units benefit from full gable end picture windows; the north anchor with views up the River Hull and the city whilst the south anchor offers magnificent and picturesque views over the River Humber.

Each unit has been equipped with a telecomms unit that will enable the data / voice provision within the anchor unit to be connected to the main Business Centre Cat 5e cabling system and ultimately the main switchboard, if required.

3 - 5 year lease terms with longer lease terms available if required.

In addition, tenants benefit from the on site meeting & conference rooms and a full range of business facilities & services.
